When I initially installed Crossover Games, Spore was in the list of games in the window that popped when I clicked "install windows software." Since then, I have reinstalled my Ubuntu distro, and it is no longer in the list. Does this mean that Spore is no longer supported software? If I install it, will it still be able to run?
Why would you need to?
The Spore CD comes with a fully working Mac version on it.
You just hit "ignore" and install the mac version.
Unless you pirtated it... :O
Well, I'm running Ubuntu Linux, so the Mac version doesn't help me
You were probably running with the 'unsupported' build of CrossOver specifically tooled for Spore.
