installation stops at fonts download

I'm trying to install WoW and the font downloads don't start so the whole installation process is blocked.

Are the servers down or what's going on?

What is the output of:

/opt/cxoffice/bin/cxdiag --debug

What Linux system are your running? What version of CrossOver are you running?
