Hi, I'm using Crossover on 24.0.3 and installed Elden Ring in a Win 10 Bottle with D3DMetal and MSYNC ON. I'm on a M3Pro Macbook with M3 Pro and 18 Gig of RAM (14 inch). Elden Ring has really low fps. What do I need to change for this one so it runs better or is this a known issue?

I installed Elden Ring via Steam and it run smooth. sometimes it lag a lot and until now I just save, exit, run again.
my problem is that the app detect some bad activities and the online mode is off :(

I've noticed everyone once in a while that ER will lag badly if the black bars above and below don't render correctly. Relaunch the game and it should work better
