Application doesn't complete install and doesn't come to launch. This is due to an error in the update stage of FibuScan. It mocks that it can't parse an url when manually running the updater. It fails during the registry step of updating
To Reproduce
Run https://update.fibudata.net/setup.exe in an empty wrapper with the latest version. Name is FiBuScan.app
Install under C Drive.
Launch fdUpdate.exe from the directory as it advises to update FibuData. It tells you something did go wrong when installing.
Launching an already installed exe doesn't display anything at all when copying an installed folder.
Expected behavior
FiBuScan launches and works appropriately without any further issues.

Service ABBYY.Licensing.FineReaderEngine.Windows.10.0 was not found on computer '.'.
Could not parse the URL "%updatepath%/fibuscan.all.to.24.04.25.000.wyu" - it's either malformed or is an unknown protocol.
I just did tried reinstalling again. Following error was submitted in the update process:
Error trying to save file "/var/folders/gv/1txt9hzn4p15wg7kzxk5fw2w0000gn/T/\w2528\fibuscan.all.to.24.07.04.000.wyu": Remote prematurely closed connection.
