This problem should be fixed if you enable DXVK in your bottle settings.

What does that even mean? Bottle Settings?
Bottles are kind of application groups in CrossOver. You can install applications into Bottles and such. You have a Bottle that has Steam and Raft in it. In the settings of your Bottle (so the one that has Steam and such in it), select "DXVK".
