Trying trial to check Rainbow Six Siege, can i get banned?

Can we use crossover on an external ssd on a mac studio?
And the most important, can our account be banned for using the game under crossover?

ok i found the most importnat:
BattlEye is not compatible with Wine or CrossOver.
