According to applegamingwiki, the game is not playable through Crossovers.

Hey Juan,
I saw a few posts on a separate forum about users allegedly being able to achieve this, however if you check reputable sources like Apple Gaming Wiki, it says that DOOM can't run.
The error shown is:
“Vendor not recognized”
Maybe in the future this will be possible :)
