Just bought crossover yesterday. I received an invoice, a password and an account, yet activation of the software fails. All I get is a dialog box telling me that the registration did not work. Actually, the dialog is different if I type in a wrong password, so apparently it does some checking. Is this normal that it takes so long for crossover to activate my license? I already tried reaching out for sales, on the support pages, twice, but I get no reaction, no feedback, nothing. Is this expected? Is there anything I can do?
I have the similar problem. I registered online for a trial period, downloaded and install crossover, but crossover does not accept my password. Changing password did not help. How would I know that after buying licence this problem will be solved?

In my experience the Codeweavers staff and support is really helpful if you contact them.
If they don‘t react within a reasonable amount of time this is really curious.
Maybe there is some technical reason like spam filter stuff, don‘t know. Just try to contact them again after some 24-48 hours.
