Dear All, dear developers,
this message to tell you I disliked that the very latest update to Monterey (12.3 from 12.2), broke Crossover version 20.0.4 that is now not starting ("quitting unexpectedly" on launch).
Despite understanding your business model, I am now skeptical on whether to update to the your latest version, or rather call it a day and install a VM with VirtualBox with Windows.
It isn't neither Apple or CodeWeavers fault, things are evolving, compatibility with software like CrossoOver is delicate for its nature.
Devs needs to live and eat. CrossOver is no a VM, VirtualBox is slow as hell. It depends on your needs.
I have the same problem - Crossover won't launch and it quits unexpectedly - I am running 12.3.1 Montery - Have you managed to find something to resolve this? any way to get it working again?
I have the same problem - have you managed to find a solution - I also cannot run Crossover and get the same error when trying to open
After the latest update to 12.3.1 Crossover stop working and I am getting an error message. Any updates coming soon? Can't work :(
