I'm trying to install Accordance Bible software (accordancebible.com) via their Windows .exe on a Samsung Chromebook Pro (2017 model).
The installer launches fine and guides me through the process but then spits out a series of "edit" errors including an "Error #5 in scrap routines" and a bunch of feedback about how the "Y:Drive" is not writable.
After which, the CrossOver app gets stuck wrapping up the final installation/configuration and the the app never launches.
Ideas?

try copying the install .EXE file for your software to somewhere on the C: drive first and then run it from there and see if that works for you.
