I haven't been able to find one, but it would be nice if there was a tool for logging implemented and unimplemented API calls made by an application, as it would probably help point out a lot of places where apps that are just flat-out broken are breaking. It would help those of us with deep technical expertise deliver far better compatibility reports. Yes, I know it would destroy performance, but that's fine for debugging issues. This kind of detailed information could help CodeWeavers prioritize areas for update and polish.
Similarly, it would be nice if some of the SysInternals tools, especially regmon and procmon, could be made functional as well or if we could be provided with equivalents. Similarly, this could help us greatly improve understanding of why some apps don't work or aren't working as expected.
