Was out of town for a week and Steam was working fine. Yesterday CO notified of the update and I upgraded to 23.7.1. Then I couldn't get Steam to even start. I updated Linux Mint and rebooted, but still it does not start. Do I have to reinstall Steam? Have never had to on any other upgrades, but not sure how to find the issues. Here is the system info (missing GStreamer files?):
