Guitar Pro 5, running on ubuntu 32-bit as well as 64-bit :-))
Only downside: midi not running yet on ubuntu.
Oh yeah, if gp5 starts only one time, use the win2000 bottleneck, works like a charm
Guitar Pro allows you to compose and edit music using guitar tablature. You can add effects such as slides, glissando and so on. It also features a drum track editor.
