Most of the graphics and audio issues are the result of Fallout missing libraries during installation. There is an easy trick known as what I call The Bethesda Audio Override.
This involves going into the wine configuration of Fallout 4 after Installation, or the Steam Wine Configuration, and making sure the neccessary libraries are installed.
You go into wine configuration, then click the libraries tab, then copy and paste four .dlls into the libraries menu, then click "Apply" when you are done. I have a video guide along with more tips on that same YouTube Channel for various games.

I call it the Bethesda Audio Override because this same installation issue occurs on Fallout 3, Fallout New Vegas, Fallout 4, Oblivion, and Skyrim. So the override applies for any Bethesda game I listed here.
