Ys:tOiF fails to launch after translation patch is installed
After installing the translation patch, Ys:tOiF will crash with an error
message when launched. This is because the v1.203 update has not been
installed, which is a requirement of the patch. The installer used to
download and install it for you, but Falcom has changed the URL for the
update. This causes
the download to fail with a 404 error. Manually installing the
update before or after the translation patch has been installed will get
the game running again.
