In order to access the game if you have previously registered on the EU World of Tanks Servers, or if you are completely unregistered and are looking to play on EU-located servers, follow the following steps:
1) Use the World Of Tanks CrossTie. 2) While selecting the various options for installing the CrossTie, do NOT use the standard launcher that is downloaded by Crossover. Rather, download the installer found at http://worldoftanks.eu/en/update
Accounts created on the US or EU servers cannot be used on the opposite server, and cannot be transferred without a substantial amount of work through Wargaming.net customer service. Make sure you install the correct localized client, or you will be unable to use your login and password to sign in.
