On the Mac version of WordPerfect 12, I am able to open new files and type into them, format them, and so on (although it can be flaky). However, when I try to open an existing WP file on my desktop, or anywhere else on my drive, I could not do so. I moved the file around to various places, but nothing seemed to work. I'll keep trying, and update if I figure anything out.
