When Wizards Event Reporter (WER) runs for the first time, it will run an auto-updater. As of this writing, that update will end with an error "Cannot write to C:\Program Files\Wizards of the Coast\Event Reporter". However, it appears that the update did actually apply correctly and WER runs fine afterwards.
