For some reason, the authenticator code will not show entirely. The same applies to the restore code. I have not been able to find a fix for this, yet. So, to fix the text alignment issue make sure to tick the "Allow copying of code" option in the menu that pops up when you right-click inside de application. This will make the entire code visible. You can also copy the code to the clipboard.
