In the first window of Winamp Setup, you normally are able to read the license.
Currently though, you need to click 'I Agree' without having been able to read the terms of the agreement. 4.1 did display the terms, but 4.2 does not again (VLOS 1.1 and Suse 9.3) installing Winamp 5.09.
