Could be related to 359 (equilizer and playlist don't minimize). The equilizer and playlist editor remain on top regardless of whether the "on top" flag is set under the main Winamp (5.09) window. This occurs in VLOS 1.1 and Suse 9.3 using X-over office 4.1 and 4.2.
