For the time being - the Watchtower Library program file uses system calls not yet ported to Wine and thus CrossOver.
You will, however be able to view the video file in a manual fashion.
Assuming your bottle is named Watchtower_Library_2016 you will find the media files in this location.

Use the terminal to create a shortcut a convenient place e.g. your desktop

Open the link and you have all the media for you to play with.
