Before install WTLib you must have IE6 and DCOM95 installed.
Found this dll (in internet by ex.) commctrl.dll and copy it to windows system directory for me is ~/.cxoffice/dotwine/fake_windows/Windows/System
Modify one config line (~/.cxoffice/dotwine/config user.reg for v5) "*comctl32" = "builtin" like this "*comctl32" = "native". After install remove this modification.
Launch the installation with cxsetup or command line
To finish modify the "shortcuts" edit the file Watchtower.desktop modify the "exec" line like this Exec="/opt/cxoffice/bin/wine" --check --workdir "C:/Program Files/Watchtower/MEPSCommon" --cx-app "C:/Program Files/Watchtower/Watchtower Library 2003/f/wtlib.exe" (verify all directory, is a french installation)
