Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning Tips

HowTo: Gnome/KDE bars coming up over games - here is a solution

This tip helps, when your panels for Gnome or KDE (with compiz) keep coming up over some of your games in fullscreen mode.

1.) This bug happens only with enabled compiz 3D-effects.

2.) Open the compiz settings manager.

If the settings manager is not installed, open a terminal and type in: (only for debian based distributions e.g. Ubuntu)

sudo apt-get install compizconfig-settings-manager

3.) Under "Workarounds" (german: Abhilfen) activate the "Legacy Fullscreen Support" (its the first item in the list)
