Go into Programs > Run Command... Select your Warcraft III bottle. Next to the Command text box, click Browse... Locate your Warcraft III exe, in this case, Warcraft III.exe Go to the end of the text in the Command text box. After ".../Warcraft III.exe", type -window. Where the ellipses are your directory location. (So, it'll look like this: ".../Warcraft IIIexe" -window) Click Save Command to Program Menu and then Run. From now on, if you launch Warcraft III from your Programs menu, it should launch it in windowed mode.
