Open user.reg in TextEdit, and look for the list of keys under "Victor Chandler Poker" (do a search). There you can see a lot of the options which are currently unavailable (options dialog doesn't work). Basically, use "1" for on and "0" for off.
I have been able to set the 4 colour deck on, as well as 'Auto Muck Hand' and 'Show Hand Strength'.
