Software installs without any issues, however when starting the software it will crash out with an error message stating that it was uncapable of loading the required data controls.
THe control package is simply called "Microsoft Data Access Controls", this is also typically included with Windows ME and greater (included Windows XP, and Windows 2000). After searching the interner I downloaded and installed version 2.8 of these controls and the software loaded without any problems.
