Fixing FPS boost in empty areas

If the game runs way too fast (usually while there are no weapons or players on screen), you need to enable Vertical Sync. If that does not help, or you are a Mac user, please get the experimental OpenGL renderer mentioned above. This will allow you to set a maximum frame rate to that renderer.

Example config with experimental driver (UnrealTournament.ini)
