Upon exiting the application normally, the user is left at a black screen indefinitely. The user is then forced to quit out of Crossover Mac or force quit to escape.
Workaround: If using the option "Allow the window manager to control the windows" from wine config exit the UT2004 application by hitting CMD + W at the UT2004 selection screen. This will bypass the issue.
