If you can't find UltraEdit 9 you can run UltraEdit 10, but the installer is not working on crossover.
Install UltraEdit to Windows box and copy installed "\\Program Files\\UltraEdit" directory from there to your "~/.cxoffice/dotwine/fake_windows/Program Files" directory and run with command line:
# cxoffice/bin/wine "C:\\Program Files\\UltraEdit\\uedit32.exe"
