This is only required if you want to run the game full screen (which is a good idea).
The first intro video will stall before it even starts leaving you with a black screen. Press Cmd-Opt-R to get back to the Mac desktop and you will see the first intro video stutter into life in a window. Now click on that window without clicking anywhere else first. Press Escape to quit the first intro video. Press Escape again and to quit the second intro video and the game will start loading. Click out of the game window (it will minimise) and then click the dock location for that minimised window to select it again. The game should now be running full screen.
It turns out that the videos can be bypassed by using a command line option. Select Run Command from the CrossOver Programs menu and browse to UFO.exe. Now edit the command by adding --options nointro=true to end so that the command now looks like
Click the Run button and the game should load without any intro videos. Once you have checked that you have got the command line right and the game runs without the intro videos, you can click on Save Command to Programs Menu so that you don't have to do this again.
