Normally, when a user clicks on the Results tab, UFile 2011 will display "Loading results..." in the top left corner of the screen, and an indicator in the center of the screen that includes a UFile 2011 icon, the name of the file being recalculated, and a progress indicator in which the black squares continually change to show that something's happening. Twice when I clicked on the Results tab, UFile 2011 appeared to hang as it instead displayed only a message that read something like "Tax File has Changed" in the top left corner of a blank page.
The first time, recalculating seemed to happen after I scrolled the screen; the second time, it seemed to happen after I clicked on a different family member's name.
