The choice is yours: UFile's user interface is in English, but it has a Change language command which brings up a dialog that essentially says that French forms can be printed using the English user interface, or a French program can be installed from the CD (which I haven't done).
The dialog box says it better than I could, in both of Canada's official languages, but I'm having problems inserting the image here. Please check the Screenshots.
