UFile installed, activated, and updated fine on my Mac, but didn't initially get added to the Programs menu. If that happens to you, use Programs | Run Command... | Browse... to locate the UFile executable, which should be found at drive_c/Program Files/UFile 2010/Ufile.exe, then click the button "Save Command to Programs Menu" that's at the bottom of the Run Command dialog box.
