the main windows of TurboPlot shows some strange behavior even under windows. When you start the application under GNOME3, it always starts as a maximized windows. When you try to resize the window it sometimes gets smaller - with NO chance to maximize it again :-( . If you want the windows to become maximized again, the only way I found is to safe your work, exit TurboPlot and restart it. Now you have a maximized window. I did not find a way around this by now.
