Step 1. Create Windows 7 64-bit bottle.
Step 2. The only real dependency for SketchUp Pro 2017 is Microsoft .NET Framework >= 4.5.2. So, go ahead and install Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6.2 using the standard CrossOver installation procedure.
Step 3. Download SketchUp Pro 2017 from this link: https://www.sketchup.com/download/all.
It comes pre-bundled with its own version of VC++ 14.0 Runtime (x64), which fails to install because of the Windows Update Service (which is not running in the bottle). In fact, the Runtime does actually install and simply complains at the end causing the setup to fail.
So, you have 2 options:
Step 4a. Install SketchUp twice into the same bottle. It will fail the first time, but will install the VC++ Runtime. Second time it will see that the VC++ Runtime is already installed, and will proceed with its own installation.
or
Step 4b. Open the downloaded file (sketchuppro-2017-2-2555-90782-en-x64.exe) with an archive manager and extract a file called SketchUp2017-x64.exe from it.
Step 5b. Manually install Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 (14.0) Redistributable Runtime (64-bit) using the standard CrossOver installation procedure.
Step 6b. Install the extracted file.
