Train Simulator Classic Tips

Installing dependencies for Train Simulator SDK Tools

I've been looking to get the Train Simulator SDK tools working so I can move my TS Workflow to Mac here's what I found.

- The NET installers are a little buggy (trying to install NET 1.0 for example)
- Start with a Steam bottle and then install .NET into it (Install .NET 4.8 because some third party content JT S8 Announcement Plugin use this version) and it will install all the other versions of .NET below it which it needs

This should make BlueprintEditor2.exe and a few other .NET tools like RWAceTool and WiperMotion work (RWAceTool works but the single and multiple image conversion selection page doesn't render, if you click where the buttons shoul be it'll take you to the page for that type of image conversion with does actually work)
