Install TradeSkillMaster in a new bottle with the default settings. Then use the following command to link your World of Warcraft installation with TradeSkillMaster so the addon will update properly:
"ln -s ~/.cxoffice/World_of_Warcraft/drive_c/Program\ Files\ \(x86\)/World\ of\ Warcraft ~/.cxoffice/tradeskillmaster/drive_c/Program\ Files\ \(x86\)/World\ of\ Warcraft"
Substitute the directories in the command for your own if you have different bottle names. This was tested on Arch Linux but the same concept applies to Mac OS as well.
