If you noticed the menu of the game works, the only problem is that the mouse pointer points several pixel down of where it is supposed to point. To fix this you have to follow several steps:

First: Go to Configure > Manage Bottles > Control Panel > winecfg > Launch selected item > graphics
now you need to check Emulate a virtual desktop and set the desktop size to the desired tibia window size.
then press Ok.
2: Open Tibia. Press Ctrl + F to set it to full screen. In the game go to Options>Graphics>Advanced uncheck the boxes use windows mouse and Do not stretch/Shrink Game window . After that you will see the tibia mouse and it will be easier to use the menu. Now it will be almost as the tibia in windows, except that the the graphics do not look as good :( but is completely playable. (this was done on a Mac but it might also work on Linux)
3. Remember that every time you enter tibia from now on you will have to press
Ctrl + F.
If you don't like the emulated virtual desktop for the rest of your applications, just create a separate bottle for tibia.
