I used the generic installer on the eTG (November 2013) disc, which installs all the HTML files to
the ~/.cxoffice/eTG November 2013/drive_c/Program Files/Therapeutic Guidelines/ directory.
Then CrossOver uses Linux's default browser, in my case Mozilla Firefox, to open the web-page.
In the past, Therapeutic Guidelines included a 'generic' installer which installed from a .ZIP file,
easily accessible to Linux users without resort to CrossOver/WINE. Sadly, Therapeutic Guidelines
no longer supports direct decompression from a .ZIP file.
