This program requires Nvidia Physix Engine installed. The one that comes with the Steam version of the game installs without issue. But may require an Nvidia Card to work. Doesn't seem to work with an ATI card (my set up). The game actually starts and I get audio, but no video.
To get the program to work with an ATI card you may have to disable HDR and turn on Vsynch in the Void Configuration Utility.
