You should instruct Crossover to use the setup.exe file, manually, and not launch the install automatically from the CD, as the install launcher is buggy, i.e. it's only a white rectangle, and anything inside cannot be seen.
Using normal setup procedure and bypassing the launcher is fine, normally you shouldn't have to touch the default settings and it should work immediately once installed.
Same, for starting the game, make a shortcut toward "mos.exe", instead of the default provided for the launcher.
However...
The Digital Rights Management (DRM) software in this program
prevents it from running in CrossOver. If you are in a legal jurisdiction
which allows removal of such software, you may have luck running this
program. Unfortunately, CodeWeavers, because they are subject to the
Digital Millennium Copyright Act, will be unable to support you.
You may have to use a no-cd patch in order for the game not to fail upon start up.
Cheers.
