Installing the game [not relevant to the current crosstie and game version - kept for historical reasons]
During the installation you'll be asked whether or not you want the wizard to create Start Menu folder. Please check the option not to create it. The crosstie will create a proper Start Menu entry: Don't let it create a Desktop shortcut either. The crosstie creates one for you with the correct settings:
