If you have more than one sketch open and you try to close out a sketch that has not been saved it will bring up a "Save changes? Yes, No, Cancel" prompt.
If you select "No" version 4.03 will close the entire application and version 4.06 will hang. If you select Yes or Cancel you get the expected behavior.
You do not get this problem if you only have one sketch open.
