If you installed Tactcal Ops and patched it to the latest patch level sometimes you cannot select the team to join. This bug appears also under plain windows. It seems as if some files are broken. The only way I found to get rid of this is to install Tactical Ops again. Delete the Tactical ops bottle and reinstall game.
