1. Install SupComFA in a wrapper
2. Patch the game on a windows computer due to the issues with .net framework (affects manually patching and gpgnet auto patching)
YOU CAN USE MONO TO INSTALL THE PATCHES IN WINE (if done ignore step 3)
3. Replace the old supreme commander Forged Alliance folder in program files/thq/gas powered games/ with the new patched supreme commander Forged Alliance
4. Open winecfg and add forgedalliance.exe click apply
5. Now go to programs run command
6. Select the SupComFA Bottle
7. type 'regedit' and hit run
8. Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Wine
9. Click wine so that it is blue then right click it and click new key
10. Name the new key Direct3D
11. Click Direct3D so that it is blue
12. Right click anywhere in the area under where it says default and click new string
13.Name the first String OffScreenRendering then click ok then double click the new string and type fbo
14. Repeat but name the string UseGLSL and type enabled
15. Quit regedit and Supcom should now run
IF YOU HAVE SUPCOM INSTALLED THEN DO NOT INSTALL IN THE SAME BOTTLE instead make an alias of supreme commander and put it in the same directory as Supreme Commander Forged Alliance (NOTE THESE ARE IN DIFFERENT BOTTLES)
Sound and Graphics Extras or install directx from the autorun exe
1. You need the d3dx files from 24 to 41
