Content window is black but menu's are visible at the top.
This problem seems to come and go through out the years. If the content window is invisible you will need to go to Steam > Settings > interface and UNCHECK enable GPU accelerated rendering....
Once unchecked and steam is restarted you should see the window contents normally.
