CrossOver crashes when it tries initialise the audio drivers because of a RAZER Synapse audio plugin. This is due to a change within Mavericks to the way input managers are handled. The issue can be be fixed in one of two ways:
1. Delete the audio plugin located at:
/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/HAL/RazerAudio.plugin
2. Remove the RAZER Synapse driver and software from your system, this is not easy nor is it the best solution if you would like to continue to use the RAZER Synapse enhancements. Note that in our testing the RAZER Synapse uninstall function does not remove the files necessary to bring functionality back to applications running via CrossOver. This means each file would need to be manually removed.
