If you are a Chinese user, that commonly means you have your system language in Chinese.
However, a recent bug/mistake/idk what could be appearing on your Steam if your system in language.
To fix it, the solution is to change your System Language to English. NOT STEAM'S LANGUAGE, BUT THE SYSTEM LANGUAGE.
To change your system language, go to the Apple logo on the top left, and then press "System Settings"/"系统设置". Then press "Language and Region" and change Chinese Simplified to English.
