With CrossOver 24.0.5 the game will 9/10 times not run at all!
I have tested it with D3DMetal and I was able to start the game up about four times, but each time I got the same issue.
You will probably only see the first three intros and afterwards only a black screen. If that happens the game will crash after about 25 seconds.
If you are able to run the game with DXVK it will take about five minutes for the shaders to cache. In that time it will look like the game froze or will lag super hard. For me it was in the character selection view. Just let it do its things.
If you have then selected you characters you are able to load in but will once again only see a black screen, no cutscenes. What you will see is are subtitles. After you are done loading in you will see white flickering and just a black world. You will see the UI but nothing else.
Not worth trying to download in the current state.
